Stage 2: Developing your product
Covers taking your product from concept to a production-ready Golden Sample. This is the stage where new IP is created, and without a written assignment the factory can end up owning your designs, molds and source files.
Stage 3: Producing at scale
The operating manual for your production relationship. It covers what is being made, the quality standards, pricing and payment terms, delivery, and what happens when goods are defective or late.
