A Chinese Company Check is a background check on a Chinese company, carried out against China's official business records. Many suppliers that appear online as factories are trading companies, shell companies or, occasionally, scams. A check tells you whether the company you're about to trust is real, properly registered, allowed to do what it says it does, and the same company whose chop appears on your documents.
Order a Company Check after your first contact with a supplier, and before you sign anything, share confidential information or send money. If you already have a signed document, a check confirms that the chop on it belongs to the company you think it does.
Give us the company's name and anything else you have: its website or marketplace page, address, or Unified Social Credit Code (USCC).
If you have a document stamped with the company's chop, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo or scan so we can check it too.
